European Health Data Space
The European Commission is presenting a regulation to set up the European Health Data Space. It aims to make the most of the potential of digitalisation to provide high quality healthcare, reduce inequalities and promote access to health data for research and innovation on new preventive strategies, diagnosis and treatment.
ECHAMP believes that developed standards need to allow for the specificities of each category of medicinal products to maximize the availability of data that can be used in order to facilitate and support patients with a broad choice of medicinal products.
