Description of the role of the Membership Assembly

The Membership Assembly is the highest body. All Full Members meet at least once a year. They vote on the performance of the Board of Management, the annual accounts and budget for the upcoming financial year, and to admit new members.

The mandate and the decision making of the Membership Assembly are described in the Articles 10, 11 and 12 of the Articles of Association.

Members of the Board of Management are appointed by the Membership Assembly.
