Evaluation of the European Medicines Agency Fee System: public consultation

ECHAMP will submit its answers to the public consultation on the Study supporting the Evaluation of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) Fee System. The EMA fee system is set up by the fee regulation (Council Regulation (EC) No 297/95) and its implementing rules, as well as by the pharmacovigilance fee regulation (Regulation (EU) No 658/2014). This EMA fee system is currently under evaluation.
ECHAMP office will send a consolidated response to the consultation to the European Commission. Members with concerns or comments concerning the current EMA fees system may read the consultation questionnaire online and send their comments to the office by the 30 June.
